My team has consistent expectations around formative and summative feedback.

As a department or team, you have created a set of expectations around how to support students. This includes what good feedback looks like, when students can expect feedback, and clear descriptors for the the level of quality you expect from students. In addition, students are aware of expectations around work and can access them in assessment forms and rubrics.
